This policy covers Leads Scrapper — the website at https://leads.innobrains.pk and the Chrome extension of the same name — operated by Innobrains Technologies.

The short version

We store your account details and the business leads you collect.
We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties.
The extension only runs on Google Maps. It does not read your browsing on other sites.
You can export or delete your leads at any time, and ask us to delete your account.

What we collect

Account information

When you register we store your name, email address, and optionally your company name and phone number. Your password is stored only as a bcrypt hash — we cannot read it.

Business data you collect

When you run a search, the extension sends the businesses it finds to your account so that they appear in your dashboard and can be exported. This is publicly listed business information: business name, phone number, email address, website, physical address, category, and rating. It relates to businesses, not to private individuals.

Payment records

For manual payments we store the transaction reference you enter and the receipt you upload. Receipts are kept on private storage and are only readable by our staff when reviewing your order. We never see or store your card or bank credentials.

Technical information

We record the IP address and browser user-agent used to activate a licence, so that device limits can be enforced and abuse investigated. We keep basic server logs.

What the Chrome extension accesses, and why

Permission	Why it is needed
`storage`	Saves your licence token and the leads from the current run on your own computer, so the popup can show them and export them.
`tabs`	Opens the Google Maps search tab when you press Extract, and knows when you close it so the run can stop cleanly.
`downloads`	Saves your CSV export to your computer.
Access to Google Maps	The extension reads business listings from the Maps results you searched for. This is the core function of the product.
Access to other websites	Google Maps rarely shows an email address. To find one, the extension visits the business's own website and its contact page and looks for a published address. Because any business may have any domain, this requires broad host access. It is used only for the businesses in your search results — the extension does not read, record or transmit your general browsing.

How we use your data

To provide the service: storing your leads, counting credits, issuing licence tokens.
To verify payments and issue the credits you bought.
To enforce device limits and prevent licence sharing or abuse.
To respond when you contact support.

We do not use your leads for our own marketing, do not sell them, and do not share them with other customers or any third party.

Where data is stored

Data is held on our server in Singapore and transmitted over HTTPS. Access is restricted to authorised staff of Innobrains Technologies.

How long we keep it

Leads — until you delete them or ask us to close your account.
Account and billing records — while your account is open, and afterwards only as long as needed for tax and accounting obligations.
Payment receipts — kept with the order record for the same period.

Your rights

Export — download all of your leads as CSV at any time from your dashboard.
Delete — remove individual leads yourself, or email us to delete your whole account and its data.
Correct — update your name, email, company and phone from your account page.
Withdraw — uninstalling the extension stops all collection immediately.

Your responsibility for how leads are used

The extension collects business contact details that are already published publicly. How you then use that data is your responsibility. Marketing and anti-spam laws differ by country — including GDPR in the EU, CAN-SPAM in the US and PECA in Pakistan — and you must comply with the rules that apply to you and to the people you contact.

Third-party services

The extension calls countriesnow.space to populate the country, state and city lists. No personal data is sent to it — only the country or state you selected. Our website is served through Cloudflare, which processes request metadata such as IP addresses in order to deliver and protect the site.

Children

This is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we make a material change we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the change is significant, notify account holders by email.
